Rupert and Kerry welcome you to our Derbyshire family farm nestled in the heart of the National Forest adjacent to Foremark Water. Our countryside location offers far reaching views and is surrounded by our own, and Foremark Water’s woodlands offering many miles of enriching walks, rides or runs directly from your own sustainable luxury accommodation. Our beautiful bell tents are appointed with high quality beds and linens and fluffy towels. Our bathrooms are designed to feel like home from home. Three family bathrooms (plus additional toilets) all housed in their own bespoke building service just 6 tents.

Our lovely family 5m bell tent can accommodate 1-4 persons either as 1 x zip and link king size and 2 x single beds or 4 x single beds. All with pocket sprung mattresses and high quality crisp cotton bed linen and towels. A fire pit is provided for cooking and warming yourselves while enjoying the sunset. An outdoor kitchen with gas rings is provided. A selection of outdoor games onsite for family entertainment so you can leave the tech for a day or two. Bring your bikes too...

Our gloriously spacious Emperor bell tent offers more space for a family of 4 than our other family bell tents. It can accommodate up to 6 people as double and 2, 3 or 4 singles (or up to 6 singles if requested at time of booking). The Emperor also has even more space around it... A fire pit is provided for cooking and warming yourselves while enjoying the sunset. An outdoor kitchen with gas rings is provided. There’s family games for entertainment so you can leave the tech for a day or two! Bring your bikes and cycle from the door of your tent! You can bring one well behaved dog too...

This beautifully appointed, spacious tent for 2 offers a sumptuous double bed with pocket sprung mattress and high quality crisp cotton bed linen and towels. Robes and slippers are also provided. Blankets, throws and a log burning stove keep you warm on cooler nights. An outdoor fire pit, outdoor kitchen with gas rings and a wood fired hot tub are provided for cooking and relaxing after enjoying the local woodland walks, views, pubs, villages and surroundings on offer. It is the perfect getaway for a cosy weekend with your favourite person. This tent could accommodate a cot (not supplied). Please contact Kerry and Rupert if required.

Luxury Bell Tent (up to 4 persons)

We had a fantastic stay at Broadleaves. Kerry and Rupert have thought of every small detail to make the stay so comfortable. They were there to greet us and made us feel so welcome. We stayed for 2 nights as a family of 4 with a dog and will definitely be returning. The facilities are great quality and the location is stunning. I have already been recommending them to family and friends.

The camping was very well thought out with all necessary equipment. Plus point easy access from main road, enough parking space, plenty of walks around, spacious and all the required facilities in top notch quality. The host were extremely lovely couple always willing to help and accommodate to the guest needs. Highly recommend it as place away from home.
