Bohemian Glamping Experience
Amazing experience
We truly lived and enjoyed our stay at the glampsite. We stayed for Valentine night, it was super romantic spot and felt so private. We were hearing frogs and ducks throughout the night which was an additional joy. Thanks John for providing such an amazing place.

Bohemian Glamping Experience
This was the most magical glampsite we've been to! My boyfriend had a wonderful time up there alone for a couple of nights, even in the rain, it was stunning and warm and a beautiful experience. I joined on the last night because he thought it was too magical to miss! Everything you need, very cozy, gorgeous property! 10/10

Perfect site for family of 3-4
Tgis is a beautiful glamping site. The huge elegant tent is perfect for me and my two teenager kids as it has one queen bed and two twin mattress. We slept so well. Even though it’s very cold at night for December, John provided us plenty of warm blankets and there is also a heater inside the tent. The big electric BBQ grill is so convenient and we also got free firewood to make fire. It was raining hard on our second night but we sat comfortably in the parlor next to the tent to play game while enjoying tea, a s did not have to be restricted inside the tent because of the rain. High recommend this place!

A Little Piece of Heaven
John’s property is nestled in rolling hills of groves and orchards. When we drove up to the property, we were immediately charmed: the pond is gorgeous and private. A 5M Bell tent is set up, and the interior is extremely cozy with a queen size mattress and high-quality linens. I have to make the comment that the mattress is extremely comfortable. Right adjacent to the tent is a sitting area, fire pit and gas barbecue, as well as an outdoor prep area with sink. Right next to that is a covered pavilion where he has a lovely set up with a sofa, coffee table, Keurig, microwave, and mini fridge.
John is such a thoughtful host, firewood is free and we appreciated the personal touches like the wagon for bringing your stuff to the tent left at the side of the parking area as well as the s’mores kit in the mini fridge. A bathroom is located close by and there are lovely areas to sit around the pond. My kids especially enjoyed the paddle boat and games. It felt so much like a sanctuary. Truly a spectacular experience and definitely was a little slice of heaven.

Camping
The camp had all the amenities like plates, mugs, utensils, running water, hot shower, great wifi and the linens and towels which made glamping/camping easy to pack and prepare for. (Keep in mind everything is stored in a cabinet which is outdoors. So you may want to rinse and wash these items before using them.) We used the propane stove next to the BBQ and the fireplace every night.
There was plenty of firewood, too. John was a very responsive and kind host.
The Santa Margarita trail is about a 30min drive south and worth hiking there.
We also enjoyed spending time at the campsite. We fed fish, caught frogs and paddled in the boat. We had a great time. Thank you John!

The bullfrog pond was magical, the tent furnishings were tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The setting is peaceful and relaxing, and it was nice to be able to have a campfire and practice yoga on their outdoor deck. Highly recommend.

Good mix of camping and glamping!
John's place was lovely. All amenities (e.g., kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig machine, gas stove, gas grill, and fire pit with bbq grill, shower with hot water, toilet, swimming pool, etc.) available for glamping and immersed in nature (e.g., huge pond with frogs, fish, turtles, ride a boat around!) for actual camping! John was super helpful as a host providing us with convenience to move all our luggages. If you want a pristinely clean and comfortable glamping, this might not be the place. One being that there were cobwebs in several places and the shower/toilet is a walk from the tent. BUT, if you want a real camping experience with the convenience of extra amenities, this is the perfect place. There's extra quietude and peace as we're the only campers, and the sound of nature is quite amazing. The tent was spacious and the beds were comfortable. John had two additonal twin matttresses available for the kids to sleep in. My husband and our kids (2yo and 5yo) had a wonderful time!

A hidden gem!
Absolutely incredible! The location is magical, and the animal sounds that surround you provide a peaceful escape from the city.
The design of the tent interior is romantic and spacious. And oooo that bed and it’s sheets. I gotta get myself some of those sheets now.
The host accommodated with everything needed for a shower, cooking, and having a fire. Even included items for s’mores!
The location gets dark at night, but there are plenty of string lights and flashlights/lanterns are provided.
What a hidden gem!
Already planning a second trip back.
