Centrally located between Tampa and Orlando. If you are visiting the theme parks we are just a short drive. We have many beautiful local parks with walking/biking trails near by. There are also so many fishing spots to mention. We have a Publix within walking distance and restaurants and shopping close by. The RV pad is a pull through access for easy in and out. 20x40 foot concrete pad with complete hookup (septic, water and electric * 50 amp). This is located on our residence but still plenty of room to make the space yours while you visit. Location is high and dry. Loyce Harpe Park- 8 miles Circle B Bar Reserve- 5 miles Sun N Fun Fly In (usually in April)- 11 miles Fort Frasier Trail- 1 mile Legoland- 12 miles Busch Gardens- 32 miles Disney World- 40 miles Universal- 52 milesCentrally located between Tampa and Orlando. Parking pad

This location is convenient for a quick stop en route to our destination. It is behind a home on a concrete pad. The host greeted us and showed us how to drive around the house. There is nothing at the site but plenty of restaurants and stores nearby

Lovely setting, full hook-ups

Friendly host, beautiful quiet setting, close to shopping, easy to get in and out. Nice level pad with full hook-ups. Take note that 30-amp service is not available—bring your 50-to-30 adapter or an extension cord that can handle your amperage needs. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent! No need to 2nd guess this comfortable location!. Love the privacy! Awesome host. My dogs were able to run free. Hope to come back and spend more time.

Worth it!

Highly recommend! We stayed 2 nights. Better than expected! Cassey is a great host. Nice and quit! Feels like you’re in the country but only 1/2 mile to all kinds of shopping. Relaxing view complete with cows right in your back yard. Our dogs loved running around in the wide open spaces. Will definitely come back when in the area. Thanks Cassey!!
