Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
Kings Crossing is a 14 acre enclave just outside of Fredericksburg, accessed by a private drive. The site is right off of the private drive, and looks out into the mature woods.
You're 5 minutes from restaurants and groceries, 5 minutes from Civil War battlefields (there's a civil war trench on the property), and 15 minutes from downtown.
The owner has a class A RV, and enjoys being so close to Rt 3 going west, or I-95 going north or south (3 minutes or 10 minutes, respectively).Park your vehicle in the improved gravel spot, set out your chairs, and enjoy the birdsong every morning and the crickets at night. You will most likely see deer foraging around your site in the woods, along with plenty of other wildlife.
A great home base for your Fredericksburg visit, or an easy stopover during your travels!
