#8 Spring Peeper Serenade
This is one of the best campsites I've ever been too. We had the whole 160 acres to ourselves and it is very private. Daniel , the owner is great and his parents ,the hosts were amazing. They made sure we had wood and brought us bread and fresh eggs. I can't say enough and we are already making plans to return. The only negative is the road up the hill to the campsite but we made it. Thanks to Daniel and his parents.

#8 Spring Peeper Serenade
We ended up setting our campsite up at the gathering grounds next to the old house and it was nice and quiet. Short walk to the shower house, rustic but great showers.
Host were super welcoming and brought us wood for the fire each night
We met all of the animals and wandered around the property

Core Memory for our family! ❤️
The farm was a magical experience! Rita and Brent are incredible hosts and truly love their farm. We chose the spot right next to the bathhouse. It was PERFECT! We could see and hear the cows and donkeys in the distance. There were not any other campers, so it was just 100% peaceful. The bathhouse wasn’t working due to some winterisation issues; however, Rita was kind enough to let me and my kiddo use her Victorian claw tub in their home. The water came right from the spring and it was just a perfect soak.
A baby calf was born on our second day - Rita had just helped momma deliver it. She took us right down to see the baby and we witnessed its first steps! Wow!
This experience is certainly a core memory for us as a family and something we will never forget! we were completely immersed in the culture and Rita was even kind enough to give me one of her articles she wrote for their local newspaper - it was so touching and a beautiful read.
Be prepared to hike up a mountain - make sure your car can do it! Rita was so helpful to us during this time and helped problem solve.

We had a lovely time! Brent and Rita, the hosts, were so welcoming and helpful. The property is gorgeous and we were able to get our minivan up the gravel road to camp at the group camp site. The shower house was clean and worked great. It was lovely to meet all the animals and hang out with the cows when they came by to visit in the evening. Will absolutely be coming back!

Serenity Now!
The hosts were very welcoming and showed us a beautiful spot on the farm for our RV. It’s completely private, you won’t hear a peep from traffic, or people, only the sounds of breeze in the trees, cows lowing, and crickets chirping. Very serene.
We chose this HipCamp because it’s situated about halfway between locations we wanted to visit. The Channels, an absolute must hike, and Breaks Interstate Park, where there are plenty of opportunities for rock climbing and hiking!
We also made our way to Hungry Mother State Park for a little Mt. Biking! A busy stay for sure!

Incredible views
We stayed on the farm three nights of our week long spring break and this was our favorite spot of the week! The hosts were amazing and we could tell they were passionate about the farm. The views were incredible and our campsite was just perfect. We also loved hearing the history, seeing the animals, and exploring the caves!
