42 acres of Central Texas landscape, the ranch is flat to lightly hilly terrain amongst a gorgeous Llano skyline of neighboring pastures. Sprinkled with prickly pear cactus, Central Texas native grasses, Oaks and shrubberies, this ranch is perfect for photos, casual hiking, or spending your days on a hammock. Too hot? Head 5-10 minutes down the road to the public water access at the Llano River crossing to cool off - it's the perfect escape!Pitch your tent just outside the cabin or at any spot you feel comfortable, grab your chairs to take in the views - you have 180 degrees of pastures and privacy! Landscape: Hang your hammocks and enjoy the shrubberies, prickly pear cactus, and native grass growing on this flat to lightly hilly landscape. There are areas a bit thicker, full of brush and cactus, and there are flatter grassier landscapes. To do: 15 minutes into town, there are plenty of shops to visit like Texana Outfitters, Fuel Coffee, and Llano Craft Distillery. 5-10 minutes down the road is a the Llano River to spend the afternoon, or head into town to enjoy a splash pad with the kids at Badu Park! Important notes: Like any ranch, stickers, snakes, cattle and other critters could pose a risk to humans and pups - please be mindful of where you travel and do not approach any farm animals. We do have a cabin on site that isn't ready to be used just yet, but it is not occupied. There are neighbors a mile and half from you, be mindful of noise restrictions.
