A beautiful, historical farm property in the upstate of South Carolina with many landmarks and deep forest. Built upon as an old cotton farm in a mill town, the original barn and house still stand. We certainly hold the tradition of farming, we grow tons of organic crops each season with multiple raised beds, small fields, and other plots of land have seasonal crops. We also are currently building on a 7 acre spot of land an orchard/ food forest with fig trees, pawpaws, persimmons, pomegranates, stone fruits and other perennial crops. In the hilly forest there are beautiful land marks including a cavernous area which we call the fox den, multiple Indian graves, a creek and tons of opportunities for foraging wild fruits.Next to a old cotton farm barn built in the 1950s you can park your RV or van to camp. Car parking available for camping sites or hammock spots in our huge forest. Walk our trails or bring your own four wheelers or dirt bikes to ride. Access to well water shower and electricity. We are working on building a regenerative, organic farm with annual produce as well as fruit trees, and meats. Our hilly forest has many Native American landmarks as well as a cave, spring, creek, and far enough back you will find the reedy river. Property borders huge WMA acreage.
