You'll appreciate a 30 amp hook up, outside shower, rustic screened porch and propane grill. The modest house structure will be unoccupied during your stay for your private booking on the 2.2 acre private property. Pet friendly with a runner as you are all there to get away and enjoy all the fresh air. There is hiking, beaching, boating, swimming, kayaking and golfing galore close by. Or shop, dine and visit beautiful coastal destination beaches and islands via ferries (Block and Long Island) of Southern MA, RI, CT &; NY. Watch Hill is only 12 miles away and check out Newport, Jamestown, Mystic, Foxwoods, North Stonington, wineries, breweries, farms, just too many things to describe. Or keep it more simple with local farms, ponds and chillax. Perfect central stop en route to your final destination. Please bring supplemental firewood. The last renters burned all that was available.RV hook up and outside shower on a simple, natural and private 2.2 acre location with an epic fire pit. Beautiful natural landscape with tall trees for complete privacy. Gatherings up to 6 people and dogs are welcome. You will love the 2 dog runner but please clean up after your pets so I may continue this option. Water and screened tent is closed down in the winter !!! Plenty of things to do to please diverse interests for all! Long Pond on North Rd is a magical hike with many unexpected surprises. Moon Rise Kingdom was filmed there! Ashville Pond is a great place to cool off. Or shop, dine, golf and visit beautiful destinations of Newport, Watch Hill, Block Island, Narragansett, Mystic, Foxwoods, Stonington, wineries, breweries, farms, too many things to describe. You will love chilling by the roaring fire and playing in the backyard looking at the beautiful private scenery. Perfect central stop en route to your final destination. Property is on Rte 3 and close proximity to old exits 1 and 2 of I95. Listing is for RV’s but when tent camping, highway noise can be more noticeable as the wind blows. Property includes 30amp hookup and a pristine water source to fill your tanks, drink and an outside shower! 🚿You will have the entire property to yourself while the modest house will not be occupied during your stay.
