We've got plenty of paths going around the property if you'd like to walk around in somewhat dence forest. Sometimes a blacksmith working you may catch a show but there's metal, stone and wood art to buy all the time. The spots you'll most likely be camping are river side spots well maintained or if you're up for a hike there are caves u can camp at in somewhat untouched wilderness besides some logging trails and old campsite's from others.We have many beautiful spots to set up camp at. Some of them being river frontage spots. As of right now all spots are the same price, depending on the amount of folks who will be staying. That being said the river spots are on a first come first serve basis. Feel free to shoot us a msg if you would like to know what’s available.

Beautiful, refreshing, accomodating

Amazing experience! We had the place to ourselves, the river was perfect for kayaking, the campsite was adorable, we had plenty of wood for our fireplace, and the portopotty was clean. Damyan was more than welcoming and accessible. We definitely want to go back! (No cell service was very refreshing!) Maybe contact them when you're on your way, the GPS takes you to a similar but slightly incorrect spot (basically just across the road.)

Great place to relax

Camp ground is right on the river with a perfect spot to launch your kayaks or return to. Sites were spaced out well with both riverfront and wooded sites available. Hosts were very gracious, helping us move a picnic table and letting grab from a huge stack of fire wood. Also had great advice on different river trips to take in the area. Only one other site was booked the weekend we were there and we had tons of space and privacy. Would def recommend and we are likely to return as well. Thank you Damyan and Laddy!

Great spot on the river. Will absolutely be coming back. Complimentary firewood was an awesome surprise and the riverside spot was gorgeous. Mosquitos were a nuisance, but that’s to be expected when waterfront.

The lands campground is my new favorite spot. Damyan was the most gracious host I’ve had in quite a while. The site was easy to find and right next to the river, which made it for a wonderful night sleep. We can’t wait to go back.

The land was awesome!! We stayed at a beautiful spot right on the river, with plenty of space for 3 large tents and an ez-up shelter. Damyan & Laddy were so welcoming and even brought us firewood from their stash (and peaches from the Amish market!!!) The port-a-john was clean and the outdoor shower was refreshing. There is river access at the site, so bring your floaties and enjoy the river! Also if you get the kayaks (which you definitely should), Damyan will drive you up to the river put-in for a 2-ish hour float along the beautiful river. Stay here if you get the chance!!
