My property is about 70 acres of wildflower meadows, ponds, organic grain farm and forest located about 10 minutes northwest of Ithaca and 20 min from Finger Lakes wine trails. Enjoy walking along the dirt road and mown trails throughout the property, wild raspberry and blackberry picking, bird and wildlife watching and some incredible sunsets! The campsites are located well off the main road for privacy and seclusion. A convenience store and gas station are located about a mile down the road. This is a peaceful and beautiful place to stay.

Lower Meadow site
Peaceful and Well Maintained
This campsite was awesome! Stayed at the Lower Meadow Site which was easy to drive up to but had great privacy from the other sites. The outhouse was the cleanest I have ever recommended and a quick walk over. It was obvious that the host Craig takes great pride in the whole property. There were even some small trails to take a walk around. Highly recommend this spot - close proximity to the town of Ithaca and lots of amazing hiking. Looking forward to returning!

Pond site
Nice spot. It was early April and colder than we expected but very private, lots of birds and bunnies around. Compost toilet was great, clean and easily accessible. Firewood to purchase in addition to the bundle we added in the reservation.

Great secluded site
This was a nice and secluded site. It was a nice secluded spot, and I loved listening to the surrounding nature all night. I even heard a great horned owl (I think) in the morning. The site was a quick drive from downtown Ithaca, and it felt safe and private. The site was flat and had ample room for tents or cars, and there was a fire pit and picnic table included. The road into the site was rutted and a little muddy, but it had rained a lot the week before I stayed, and I had no issues getting my sedan in and out of the area.

Amazing place!
This was a great place. We showed up much later than we meant and it was dark and snowing and snow on the ground but was able to check it out the next morning. There’s lots of great areas to walk with little ponds, a convenient bathroom, and picnic tables just overall much much bigger and interesting place than I had realized. Saw two separate mallard pairs on two separate ponds in the early morning snow. if I’m ever in this area, I will certainly stay again.

In The Oaks
The bed was cozy - even during the cold fall nights - and comfortable. We had a great time:)
