We enjoy using private hipcamps when we travel so we decided to offer our full rv hookup for other rvers. Learn more about this land: This is a full RV hookup in a small grove of trees ,while there's not a whole lot to do on this property, its a great place to stop for the night or a place to park your RV while visiting the surrounding area. Enjoy your stay at our little wooded retreat in the country! There are great hiking/biking trails within 10 min, such as Outlet trails in Penn Yan, Grimes Glen in Naples.This is a full RV hookup in a small grove of trees ,while there's not a whole lot to do on this property, its a great place to stop for the night or a place to park your RV while visiting the surrounding area. Cool Wooded Retreat

I don’t like to give negative reviews. But this spot was surprisingly disappointing. Artistic photography had the site looking like it was against the woods, near farm fields. Ok, there are farms nearby, and there are trees. What the pics don’t show is that this spot is next to the driveway of a countertop business. There are houses close by - the nearest home’s alarm kept going off. Not the host’s fault, but it was very close. In addition, nothing had been done to ready the site for us. There was trash on site, and a dead rodent in the woodpile next to the fire pit sitting area. That being said, the fire pit was nice, and there was plenty of wood to use.

Cool Wooded Retreat

Maiden Voyage Success!

We purchased our first RV late in the season and wanted a pretty spot with full hookups that wasn't too close - or too far. Steve's site was PERFECT. Super easy to find, and everything we needed was provided. Electric, water and sewer hookups were easy to find and access. A gorgeous granite table with log seats makes the perfect spot for a fall picnic, and the large fire pit (with complimentary bundle of firewood) kept us warm on a chilly, breezy evening. Lots of seating options - a hammock, a tree swing and many chairs - as well as soft, glowing patio lights, completed the ambiance for a great getaway. Friendly and informative, our host Steve couldn't have been any nicer. There is some activity nearby, as this is a rural business property and located next to actively-farmed fields, however we felt completely private and safe the entire time.

Cool Wooded Retreat

We had a great 4 days at this camp. Steve and his family are wonderful folks. During the day there is business being done but after hours it was wonderfully quiet. Lovely for walks. Would gladly recommend this camp to anyone.
