Learn more about this land: A beautiful horse farm centered between Philadelphia and New York City. 45 minutes from the beach, 45 minutes from the mountains. Local breweries, wineries and distilleries within minutes. World famous Columbus Farmers Market 5 minutes down the road. Historic Burlington City and the Delaware River just 5 minutes in the opposite direction. We are very social people if you are looking for a new way to meet fun people. Action sports is what we 're doing here a lot of the time (horseback riding, skateboarding, off road riding), so we can point you in the best direction to do the most fun things in the area.

Very clean, the horses were very well mannered LOL they would come up and greet you and then carry on about. Everyone we ran into was very welcoming and friendly I’d highly recommend and would most definitely return!

Site 2 - Horse Farm Camping

Cool host and cool place!

Our stay at the horse farm was great. Bren is so helpful & incredibly personable. Torrential downpours prior to our arrival had our booked site a little messy but instead of canceling us he found another spot (and on pavement yay!). It was a great experience and we'll definitely stay again if in the area.

Unique spot not far from Philly! Bren, the horses and the folks working on this farm are all quite pleasant. My brother and I had a great time relaxing here and checking out Mt. Holly. Would recommend to a friend!

It’s amazing how quiet it is considering how close and convenient it is from the highway. Lovely site and excellent host. Only thing I’d recommend is make sure signs are up so we know where to camp.

great spot - needs signage

Charming little campsite near some horse paddocks, however I came in at night and didn't see signs for where to go. The host was responsive and helpful and the property was lovely. Very close to highways for easy access.

Site 1 - Horse Farm Camping

We loved staying at the camp. It felt like we lived on a horse farm. There were a lot of horses and they were very friendly. They would come right up to you when you were walking by. We love watching the horses in the field. We live not too far, so it was nice to have family come visit for the campfire. The kids and dogs loved it. We will definitely be back.
