80+ acres with over a mile of river frontage. Also a unique custom off road park on the property. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, and live music on weekends. Tent camping or RV/camper . Campers who need electric are allowed to bring a generator. We have limited electric as of now. We are located just 2-3 miles from 3 different gas stations but are also very secluded.👀👀 If you love the outdoors and river life come see us! We are completely different than your normal campgrounds! The price is $50 Per Night. Most sites will hold 8 or more people. If you have a larger crowd let us know and we’ll set up an area to accommodate for an additional fee. Live music every Saturday night starting in May but plenty of room to get away from it if that’s not what you’re into. Set up your tent in one of our designated camping areas or make your own new camping area along the river or in the forest. Or bring your RV or Camper with a generator and stay along the river or adjacent to the river. You can hike,swim, bike ride, search for arrowheads and artifacts, kayak, fish, bring your off road vehicle and play in our designated off road park,come see live music, or just come get away and bring your hammock and chill out and do nothing for as long as you choose. Also we are just 5 miles from Hughes Mountain Natural Area .See you at the river✌️

Can’t wait to come back!!!!!
Beautiful property! So many great sites to choose from. Picked a spot right by the water. Had a great time and Joshua was extremely helpful guiding us in and helping us choose our spot. Will definitely be back soon and would absolutely recommend to anyone who enjoys camping in more remote areas away from the crowds!

I enjoyed tent camping on Josh’s land. We camped near the river and it was far enough away from things to feel secluded from the outside world.

I slept in my jeep near the water, had a campfire and lounged in the river current with beverage. Joshua open to wherever you want to set up camp. Friendly and helpful!

We had a beautiful spot right next to the river. The host Josh was gracious and helpful. He supplied us with firewood free of charge and saved us a trip into town. Great spot.
