Peaceful Palmer was indeed that! A wonderful experience that I would highly recommend to anyone. Michelle was a fantastic host and made sure you had anything you might need.
It was fantastic listening to the owls. The nature trails allowed for a very fefreshing walk!

This is a big plot, with some surroundings trails. We like camping on Michelle’s land when we’re hiking in north Georgia. Very peaceful!

Great place to camp!
The Palmer Retreat was a great place to camp! Big open field and some great hiking and biking trails on the property. Was the perfect camping spot for a great father/son camping trip. Plenty of space for our dog. Michelle was super responsive and very helpful. Plan to be back again sometime soon.

Highly recommend visiting Michelle
We had a wonderful and stress-free stay at Michelle’s retreat. Michelle was very responsive to any questions that we had during our stay and even had her father stop by our camp site to ensure all was well. The spacious and open field was perfect for our bike rides. There were trails available, but for a couple of old men, we stayed on flat ground. I would highly recommend this location to individuals as well as families. You don’t realize that you are not deep in the mountains while you sit by the campfire and watching the deer across the field.

Calm, quiet, and a beautiful nighttime sky. Michelle answered all of my questions promptly. It was a great change up from our typical busy campsites! Bringing a portable fire pit/ containment apparatus would be useful as most of the area is grassy and there’s a good bit of wind.

We stayed on Michelle's land while traveling for our Thanksgiving trip. It was the perfect retreat for us. Lots of land to spread out and have privacy, was able to set up a campfire, and very easy to locate. We enjoyed our stay.
