This is a dry camp experience. You MUST have access to River Ranch Property Owners Association. In order to get through the gates. 1.26 Acres total property. The upper section .62 acres is used for guests and will host a small animal farm. Fresh eggs every day 3 laying hens Betty, big red & Oreo. I also have 2 goats CoCo & Sophia. Able to feed animals from their treat dispenser.Hobby farm in the making. You can hunt during our hunting season. 60k plus land to ride trails and enjoy the outdoors. Side by side, four wheelers lots of fun at rope swings and fishing holes there is something for everyone.
