Plenty of room for your slides and outdoor set up. Quiet, residential neighborhood setting. Dade City is centrally located in heart of Florida and is close to all the exciting Florida attractions. Just an hour's drive away you can visit beautiful Gulf Beaches, Busch Gardens, Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. Additionally, there are many antique malls, shopping, breweries, restaurants, museums and other places to explore during your stay. In the quaint Dade City square you can explore several boutiques and locally owned restaurants. So you can enjoy either a small town pace or drive a bit for some big city adventures. Either way, you will love your time spent here.

Parking Spot 20

Nice for short term

I stayed for about a month. It’s a decent and mostly quiet neighborhood. Bring fire ant killer for the surrounding grass. Keep your dogs leashed as you may encounter strays. You may hear the occasional rooster crow and the occasional cow moo. Bring ear plugs for the train. Train comes 5-6 times a day and night. Kids play baseball on weekdays at the recreational park across the street. A bus stop which drops off high schoolers comes through the neighborhood, but they always walk straight home. They’re good kids. Some sketchy houses around the corner but not within eyesight of the camp spot. Downtown Dade city is cute and you’ll find little shops and eateries, and a comic book store. It’s a bit of a low income city, but nothing much seems to happen. Lots of farms around. Come get your local eggs and milk and honey. Some historical buildings to check out.

Had a great time. Very quiet neighborhood except for the train which I didn't mind. Nice grass lot parking easy pull through I will stay there again if I go back to the area
