Not worth the money
The hosts are friendly, but the Price for 100$ per night was way too much. No toilets (after asking we could use the portable toilet), no shower and no other campers. It’s just a place on the farm.
All in all, for 20$ or 30$ it would be okay, but 100$ is rather an tourist trap.
Sadly it looks better in hipcamp than it was.

Very Kind Host. Our Kids got a little present that they Loved. We only stayed one Night and left very early in the morning, but everything went smoothly. Thanks again

Strawberries and Surf S
My first hip camp experience. Robin and Ray were very accommodating and pleasant with tips for restaurants nearby etc. Peaceful spot overlooking farm fields and a short walk to the beach. I’d stay again if I’m ever back that way again!

Wonderful spot near the beach!
We had a really nice evening! Robin and Ray were so friendly and hospitable - helped us level and otherwise set up - the freely provided wood burned great, the fire pit and picnic table were perfect, and we stargazed while toasting marshmallows over a wonderful fire to the distant sound of croaking frogs. They lent us their beach access which was a great perk.

Wonderful location, very close to the beach. Nice to have some space to breathe and not be surrounded by other campers. The only warning I would give is that it is located right next to the road, so there is a lot of road noise.

Site 2 - Strawberries and Surf
Great getaway, even for locals!
We ended up staying in Site #3 and LOVED it. We're local, but staying here made us feel like we were somewhere else entirely. Our site overlooked the fields and hills and had loads of birds and frogs. The weather didn't cooperate, but Site #3 was great because it was gravel and there wasn't imminent danger of having anything fall on us. We could also hear the ocean later in the evening.
Ray was lovely, and we enjoyed his hospitality and chatting with him. This is a perfect getaway, even for locals, and I'm sure we will be back. Thank you Robin and Ray!
