Ample turn-around on site suitable for trailers and larger vehicles. Neighboring residential subdivision 200 feet away separated by hillside. A screened area with "classic" trucks and "legacy" equipment next to two shipping containers. An ambitious landscape design with planting in progress. ******************What we hope you find: A glimpse of the Pacific Ocean and a coastal breeze to greet you on arrival. Great place!
Really great place! We had electric and water hook up, and it was nice and quiet; we slept like babies! Joel was also incredibly nice and helpful. We also enjoyed this spot because it was a super short drive to the Mexican boarder; if you’re traveling down there this is a great place to spend the night on your way down.

A quiet Oasis
Joel was a friendly and welcoming host with several suggestions on things to do in the area. The grounds were quaint and quiet with level sites and a water hookup. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Joel.

Recommended stay
Joel's home was a wonderful place to stay during our time in San Diego! (We stayed in the Riverside site). His campsites are level and covered with rock, so nice and clean. There is water and electricity right at the site. You will need your own hose. Joel is VERY friendly, personable and helpful...a great host!! Just be prepared for the narrow, long, and somewhat bendy driveway that passes the backyard of other homes. Joel does have a roundabout to make it easy to get back out so no worries there. We recommend his place!

This is a gem of a spot. Easy to find, close to the interstates, and the sites are large and nicely laid out. Joel is friendly and helpful.
