Electrical, water, and sewage hookups are available at select sites.

We are conveniently located off of US 101, therefore there may be some freeway noise, during commute hours especially. It has become like white noise to me, but it is only fair to mention it. We offer full hookups which consists of 50 amp & 110 volt electrical outlets, potable water, sewage dump. We also have a pigtail available (with a refundable deposit) if needed to convert 50 amp to 30 amp. Our sites are located one mile from Healdsburg plaza, the heart of Sonoma County wine country. Our town offers amazing wineries, fantastic restaurants, and quaint shops. It is an excellent place for wine lovers. There is a pre-prohibition winery right across the road called Foppiano. There are many other fabulous wineries are nearby. We are in an excellent location for outdoor adventurers. There are plenty of hiking trails near by as well as bike rental shops for those who enjoy trekking, and even a couple of rafting places right here on the Russian River. We are close to places like Armstrong Woods, Safari West, Getaway Adventures, The Sonoma County Fairgrounds which hosts the Summer Country Concerts among other events, Harmony Festival, Santa Rosa Full & Half Marathons & 5K, Sonoma Zipline Adventures, and Much More! For you foodies there are Savor Food Tours, Relish Culinary Adventures in addition to all the incredible restaurants in town. There is so much to do and see in our beautiful part of the world. Both hosts were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed staying at their place while visiting family. We would have stayed longer but had to get back to home and work. We will return.

Better than excellent hostess, Laurie was fantastic. We got lost, and she came and got us in her car in the dark in the rain! They are the site is within walking distance to town!

Barn Yard RV Pad - site 1

Wonderful location. This is our second visit to this location and site #1 where we stayed to visit family in Healdsburg and explore the area by bicycle. Full hookups worked well and our site was level! Another RV site was added since our last stay, site #2, which we will request on our next visit since the hookup placement is just a bit better for our travel trailer. Lorri is friendly and helpful and other residents on the property are quiet and respectful. Downtown Healdsburg and the town square are just a few miles away.

Barn Yard RV Pad - site 1

Absolutely charming!

We were looking for something near Healdsburg where we would have good access to the area's wineries and this place completely exceeded our expectations. It's less than two miles (about a three minute drive) to downtown Healdsburg and also very quick and easy to access surrounding towns like Windsor which was also only a few minutes drive. We also drove to Calistoga one night which was a beautiful drive and took about 30 minutes. We had a wonderful dinner there. All three towns we visited had a great selection of restaurants and shops. The property is an adorable farm with olive trees and grape vines. There are others on the property, but our site was private and quiet. Lorri was a wonderful hostess and super accommodating. We had an amazing weekend and look forward to coming back soon. Next time we will stay longer so we can have time to explore Sonoma and Napa which are a little further away, but we would still choose to stay here.

Barn Yard RV Pad - site 2

The location is perfect for wine tasting and exploring the area! The RV spots are easy to access and have hook-ups. I had a beautiful view of some of their grape vines. Lorri makes olive oil from her olive tree orchard and it is delicious. I went to the local farmer's market in Winsor that she told me about and enjoyed that too. Lorri is a wonderful host, warm and welcoming.
