This is a gorgeous property located in Meadow Vista. It is a beautiful small town in the Foothills northeast of Sacramento off Highway 80 going towards North Lake Tahoe. Walking distance to the park, the Local Cafe, Mountain Mikes Pizza, the grocery store and The Tin Lantern Bar and Grill. Walking distance to lovely trails for hiking, running, mountain biking and horseback riding. We are just about a mile off the freeway. The location is about 1 hour drive to Lake Tahoe, about 15 minutes drive to Auburn, Colfax and Rollins Lake, and about 45 minute drive to Sacramento. Minutes to local breweries, wineries, dining and cafes. Minutes to great hiking trails, the American River canyon, river rafting, shopping, and museums. About 50 minute drive to Sugar Bowl Ski Ranch, Donner Ski Ranch, Soda Springs & Royal Gorge Cross Country Ski Resorts Learn more about this land: Park your RV in a beautiful level meadow surrounded by lovely oaks, pines and redwoods where you have access to a swimming pool and picnic table. Winchester Golf and Country Club is a 3-minute drive. Hiking trails are a ten-minute walk up Meadow Gate Rd or a half-mile walk to the park. Pets are allowed only if they are on a leash on the property and you pick up their poop. They can be off-leash in your RV only! Generator is available for an additional $30/night rental fee.
