The ranch is family operated, it is not a park, it is a true experience of desert dwelling off grid, Large parking areas, limited rental spots, flat solid ground, non paved entry that is well maintained for short term RV, camping vacation parking.

The property is approximately 20 miles from Phoenix & Wickenburg, 12 miles from Lake Pleasant, about a 15 minute drive to Super bowl 2023, off grid, solar, generator power, water well. The owners are 3rd generation natives of Arizona that reside on the property and run all aspects of the ranch . The rental spots are located on our old radio controlled air plane runway. It is solid ground with granite, no mud - no sinking, level spots for all types of RV's, Motorhome or tent parking/camping. The dirt road into the property is well maintained approximately 1/2 mile in from the highway.
