Take in the majestic views of the Catalina and Rincon mountains while being surrounded by abundant Hummingbirds, songbirds and desert wildlife in a quiet rural neighborhood. Located along a very popular biking route with easy access to all the amenities you'll need. There is a 220V 50 amp plug and a 110v 20 amp plug with fresh water available on site. Learn more about this land: Park your RV, Travel Trailer or Van on a large concrete pad with amazing views of the Catalina and Rincon Mountains! Minutes away from Saguaro National Park East and several hiking and biking trails. Abundant desert wildlife with hummingbirds, songbirds and even some resident Gila monsters. Plenty of space to enter and turn around on the property. The property is open and not fenced. There is abundant wildlife in the area so it's best to keep your furry friends on a leash if possible. Great private spot with hookups! Closest place we could find to Saguaro NP. Awesome views, lots of birds & wildlife. Saw three coyotes trot by on their way thru the wash on the property. Chris is very responsive to all communications. Highly recommend!

Beautiful views; Bike to Saguaro NP
Chris was a great host - helpful, but never intrusive. He was diligent about keeping the bird feeders filled and we enjoyed sitting in the gazebo watching the birds. This site has nice views of the mountains and you can ride a bike path to Saguaro National Park East.

Great spot close to Nat. Park!
Beautiful, quiet place REALLY close to Saguaro Nat. Forrest East. Chris was a fantastic host: very responsive and accommodating, able to provide advice on local attractions/info and an all-around nice person. We were able to make the 4 min drive into the park every day for sunrises/sunsets and hiking because it was so close. We even saw a javelina on the property, tons of gambel's quail, other birds and wildlife. We were also able to see the spaceX/starlink rocket launch across the sky (yes, even though it launched from CA). Big sky views! Great spot!
