The Santa Fe: Dark Sky Glamping
A comfortable, remote stay.
My husband and I chose the Santa Fe for accommodations while visiting the Saguaro National Parks (35 min and 60 min away). We were impressed with the remote seclusion of the property and the comfort of the tiny house. The little “backyard” was private and well-appointed for outdoor grilling or relaxing. Perhaps our favorite part of the stay was the three ranch dogs. They were so sweet and protective.
The cabin itself was exactly as described and quite cozy. It rained a lot during our stay, limiting our use of the outdoor space, so weather may be something to consider when booking. The hosts provided ample directions and communication to help us get settled in. The drive includes some dirt roads, so be prepared for about 20 min of a rumble. I would highly recommend the property for a true getaway with a small group (or larger if you can rent multiple sites.)

Dark Sky Camping
Spectacular views
We loved camping on Bethania & Brian’s land with our camper. Picnic table, fire ring, and they even stocked us with firewood. The views were spectacular. Great time to camp, not too hot. Got a kick out of horses and cattle we saw out on a walk. Our dogs also had a great time exploring. Directions were simple and clear. Highly recommend, very peaceful and quiet.

Dark Sky Camping
We had the best time! The property is so beautiful and we really appreciated the firewood. The stars were amazing and the dogs in the morning made our whole day- we loved them so much! Thank you so much again :)

Dark Sky Camping
Girls’ weekend
We did a trip with grandma, daughters, and the kiddos and it was very relaxing! I loved having so much empty space around us. There were a few chollas but dogs didn’t have any poor outcomes. The grass vegetation was still soft and green and the sky sky was beautiful on the nights that we didn’t have cloud cover. One extra fun thing was when we walked down the road and we ran into some wild cows, and that was very special for the kids to see them from a distance! The site is also not too far from Tucson attractions, and we did a couple of day trips to Sauguaro Nat’l Park and the mission. It was a such a good experience for my first time camping without a man. Also, they delivered a bunch of firewood way more than we would get at the grocery store for the same price and had a telescope available for rental as well. All in all, and excellent trip. Beautiful.

Dark Sky Camping
Great campground and hospitality
Arriving at the campsite, we were greeted with amazing views and compete seclusion. We stayed at the Mountain View and it was nothing short of incredible!! Most of all, we are blown away by Bethania’s hospitality and her genuine enjoyment in what she does. Time and time again she proved that she really wants all of her campers to have an enjoyable stay, going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. I mentioned once in a message early on when booking that I was celebrating my boyfriends birthday, and she remembered and went above and beyond to make sure he had a great birthday trip. The camp ground was excellent, but Bethania’s kind nature and welcoming personality will be the reason we will undoubtedly return.

The Studio: Dark Sky Glamping
Serene and Safe Dark Sky Adventure
Serene and safe place to venture off on wilderness hikes, have campfires, star-gaze, and see longhorn cattle and wild horses. We enjoyed the warm welcome from the hosts, fresh eggs from the hens and friendly wags from the quiet ranch dogs. We hope to be back!
