My sisters and I really enjoyed our stay at Susan's glamping geo-dome. It was very charming and just as described. It was an easy hike from the parking to the campsite and we really appreciated the wagons to haul the supplies we brought. The coffee and eggs were a nice touch. The site was private and had beautiful views. We stayed two nights. I'd definitely return for another stay!

From the late night s'mores to the early morning fresh farm eggs we enjoyed the ambiance of camping with modern comfort. The air conditioned dome was great for an uncharacteristically hot September night and we enjoyed a quiet night away from the kids under the stars.

My husband and I have taken our 3 young kids tent camping several times before. Our kids are 4 years old, 3 years old and 1 years old and there is always so much to pack! We came to the geo dome for our 7th year anniversary and were pleasantly surprised by how much thought Susan and Jeff put into making this the perfect place for a getaway! We took are motorcycle so we had to pack light, and when we arrived we had everything we needed as far as utensils, plates, potholders, etc go! They even provided a griddle and spices. The property was beautiful and quiet! Definitely will be back again!

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first time staying in a dome and they have everything you need (except maybe take a cooler with ice for drinks) bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing by the fire.... Caleb (10yr old son) Loved feeding and watching the pigs, he slept on one of the cats and said it was super comfy . We truly enjoyed the savory, cheese, fruit and bread tray with clear instructions on how to prepare it (SO DELICIOUS 😋). We will definitely stay again it in the area !! Thank you so much for your hospitality and sharing you place with us !!

We had such a fantastic experience! The dome was very comfortable. There were four of us, and the kids stayed on the supplied cots. We were enamored with the sweet piglets that accompanied their mama. They were very entertaining neighbors. We spent the evening cooking hot dogs and s’mores over the fire while playing the cards and board games provided. I think we found a new favorite game in the Happy Salmon. We ended our night star gazing in the small open field just beyond the campsite. The eggs and coffee for the next morning were such a nice treat. Our family has already decided that we want to make this an annual trip! Thank you!!

Jeff and Susan are the best hosts! I spent two nights at the dome with my kids and I felt very safe, very comfortable, and the farm could not be cuter. A lot of love goes into this property and it shows! Slate Run is across the street and the Living Farm is perfect for an outing with kids. The dome has most everything you could need, it’s very clean and very comfortable. I didn’t even have to ask, but Jeff and Susan offered for us to use their Pack n play, which was appreciated. That kindness and thoughtfulness was present throughout our visit and my kids made me promise to visit again! Highly recommend! Thanks, Jeff and Susan!

Really well put together geo dome. Photos accurately depict site and amenities. Cooking gear provided is all in good condition. I brought a grate to cook over the fire, a cast iron skillet, cooking utensils, paper towels, plates and silverware - but they provided the same and all were clean and in good shape. I should have left my stuff at home. We didn’t use the Blackstone style grill, but it was also clean. It was really nice to have running water at the outdoor sink. Temps were high 80’s and ac in dome worked well, we did not use the ac overnight and had a great temp inside the dome for sleeping. Bed was comfy. Outdoor seating was good, we enjoyed the swing by the fire. Dome was close to pig enclosure and we had big fun watching and hearing Mommy pig and five babies. My husband and I had a very relaxing evening and I highly recommend for couples wanting to get away. I also think this would be a great place for a family with young kids who want to experiment with camping but not in a tent. The Slate Run Metro Parks Living Historical Farm is just up the road and would be a fabulous spot to visit with kids as well. Dome did have two electrical outlets inside. No negatives, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

We had running water, dishes, silverware, firewood, and even fire starters! What didn’t they have here???? We were greeted by the host shortly after arriving. He was very helpful and friendly. The dome is a little warm during the day but at night it cools down tremendously! I made burgers on the griddle and smores on the fire! No port a potties here…. They have a functioning toilet! The bathroom was super clean! The bed was ultra comfy! Will be back!

Weekend Trip to Geo-dome Glamping

Staying in the dome was a pretty magical experience. It just so happened that the lightening bugs were emerging with their lights on the night that we stayed and there seemed to be literally hundreds of them lighting up the trees. The pigs were another source of joy and amusement. Four or five ridiculously adorable piglets began chasing pestering the mama pig snorting and playing. It was quiet, private, and comfortable. A must-do if you love nature and peace and still want some of the comforts of home.

From the trail leading back to this campsite, to enjoying steak grilled on the open fire, everything about it was relaxing!! Jeff and Susan has taken the time to make a comfortable glamping spot. It was our first time in a GeoDome, and definitely no complaints. Very relaxing and enjoyable night!! Everything was perfect for our visit!! So many wonderful things at the Geo dome! Susan’s land is awesome with all the farm animals, easy to commute through the camp! The Geo dome was super clean and fully stocked with everything that was advertised! Her husband was so awesome with our son explaining the farm and what they do! Easy couple to talk to as well! Fun park three minutes down the road also that Jeff recommended. We took our cornhole set and a football to toss in the open field net to camp! It was just a fun and educational experience all around! I highly recommend staying here!!! We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay in the dome! It was a perfect set-up for our first camping trip with our two month old son! Amazing hosts who go above and beyond. We enjoyed all the amenities- eggs & coffee for breakfast! The heaters were great for a chilly night and kept us warm. I would definitely come back! Thankful for the memories that we made here :-)

I loved the momma pig and her babies when I arrived. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very nice. It was nice watching the sun come up and hearing the rooster crow. I went for a short personal spiritual retreat, and it was exactly what I needed.
