Located remotely within the boundary of the ElDorado National Forest backing up to BLM/Forest Service on 2sides this massive private acreage is ever growing with hiking trails, picnic areas, creek access, surrounded by manzanita old growth forests as well as towering pines/firs/madrones and cedar trees. A destination for those who want some privacy while having some basic accommodations. We have an abundance of wildlife and have many OHV trails right at the end of the driveway for many recreational activities, so come hike, bike, dirt bike, chill in a hammock, read a book, birdwatch, listen to the nothingness, bath in nature, photography, walk the dog, bring your art stuff and paint a picture (art shed is on my to do list!) come just be a big kid and enjoy being away from it all.
