Lovely spot. Lots of room and shade, completely private. The kids spent hours on the dock fishing and watching the turtles. Rock Point Provincial park is about a 10 minute drive and has a nice big beach.

Had a great time camping Hedy's Ranch again. So sorry to hear Hedy is no longer with us and pray for healing for her family. Her kindness still lives there and we were able to create many beautiful memories there as well. Thank you for having us again and at a difficult time.

Our host was so kind and generous and was so happy to teach us about her beautiful & happy horses. The site was very clean & private. The little cabin really came in handy when we got some rain during our visit. We had a really nice time :)

We had such a wonderful stay at Laura’s place. Hedy was so generous with her time and hospitality. Our family loved the cabin and the horses. And we felt like the only people around. The quiet was bliss. We can’t wait to go back.

We had a great time on Laura's property. They were very accommodating and the site worked pretty well for a member of our group who is in a wheel chair. Unfortunately we got a lot of rain during our stay so the ground on the paths was too wet to explore with a wheel chair. Luckily the cabin was a safe and comfortable refuge from the storms.
The ground is level and firm around the cabin, perfect for setting up tents. And the scenery is lovely all aroundnthe property. We appreciated the opportunity to stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

Very lovely property. Extremely private, surrounded by nature. The water was right there but it wasn't as buggy as I would have expected (typical amount, not high). Cabin is very cute and rustic. My girlfriend and I were looking for an alternative to camping at Provincial Parks, a little closer to a cottage rental idea, and this was a nice alternative for a good price. Plus, Rock Point is nearby for a visit too. The horses are very cool and the host is a very kind lady who is always happy to help. She even told us which horses would be safe for us to prt when we showed an interest in it. We will likely be returning soon, it was very nice.

Laura’s property was fantastic, you are set way back from the road in total privacy! Lots of spots to park a trailer or pitch tents. There is also a cabin which was great for playing board games.
We had a great time and will definitely return!!

We really enjoyed ourselves, truly! I can only imagine the work put into making it such a amazing experience, it was absolutely wonderful! We loved going to the dock to feed the fishes and turtles, such great memories. We absolutely loved the aesthetic of the cabin, so welcoming. We got to enjoy the firepit so much and even used this grill table there to put our grill on which was incredibly helpful. Everything is a short drive away, groceries, restaurants even the beach and fishing. We will definitely be coming back!

What an incredible property! The host was there to greet us and show us around the farm and campsite. This family is obviously very proud of their land and maintain it beautifully. The campsite was massive, with ample dry, flat land in both the sun or shade for your RV or tents. We decided to stay right by the river and firepit, which made for hours of fun for my children to feed the fish and play with frogs. There are several trails available for beautiful walks and gorgeous sunsets. The horses are lovely and very friendly, we even got to pet the ponies. The location is great for access to lake Erie, or a day trip to the falls. We will definitely come back again!

Absolutely amazing place! Just got back from a weekend there and absolutely loved it. The photos do not do it justice at all; beautiful, tranquil and private - a complete hiden gem.
Host was so helpful and welcoming and answered all the questions the children had about the horses with so much patience.
Thank you Laura and Hedy, we had a fabulous time and are so grateful to have had the opportunity to camp on you land

This. Was. Perfect.
We were secluded, great sunsets, and sunrises wonderful set-up for rainout weather, enough to “do” on site, and even more to do in the area.
We booked and never looked back. You should too!

Lovely site. Beautiful pond and great bullfrog sounds and visiting herons. Horses so nice to watch. Little cabin was a great spot to stay dry during thunderstorm.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. Set far back from the road, deep into the property you will find yourself nestled amongst a pond, cabin, horse ranch, and dense forests. The location is phenomenal as it is a short drive to several beaches.
There is a tremendous amount if greenspace for the kids to play and trails to hike through the forest.
Excellent hospitality from the hosts as they welcomed us upon arrival, showed us around, and provided the use of a large generator for our stay (bring your own gas).
We will definitely be coming back!!
