Description

Cottonwood Cove Campground sits on the banks of Guernsey Reservoir, and is accessible by a gravel road. There are lots of trails in the park (of moderate difficulty) where you’ll find great views of the park, reservoir, and dam. Campers will also want to explore the museum and castle in the park. There are also remnants of the original Oregon Trail just a short drive or hike away. Although, this time around you can explore the trail without worrying about dysentery or sick oxen. Win!
