Goose Landing Wooded Tent Spaces

Place was empty besides me. Facilities were basic but clean. Near roads but not busy.

I don't recommend this for tent campers. No trees, on gravel, near crackling towers, a highway, and a dirt road that kicks up dust. The semi-truck showers were nice. No laundry.

We showed up after dark which made finding a site a bit confusing as the tent sites weren't numbered like I am used to. There was already a car in the only clear driveway on the loop so we pulled over to the otherside for the evening and conked out. I wish we had arrived an hour or so before because it's very clear with a bit of sun!

The self check-in was easy and it felt like a safe place to crash when there aren't a lot of other things around. Plus waking up to cows and deer is pretty nice.

The bathhouse is great! It's clean (maintained by campers so clean up after yourself!) and the hot water flows freely to get that Wyoming dust off. I'd stay here again on another long road trip for sure.

Lovely experience. Clean facilities. Good WiFi. Accommodating host.

The campground was nice, quiet, and empty. Clean hot showers, flushing toilet, potable water. Horse whinnying next door. Beautiful sunset. It was a great stopover on our way though town.
