A true gem of a glamping farm stay
This place is a true gem. The cozy camper lived up to its name even with temps in low 30s. Kris and Shannon were incredibly accommodating hosts and helped us feel right at home. There are so many thoughtful details and stylish touches throughout. The sauna is not to be missed and the fresh coffee and warm scones in the morning were heavenly. The clean and spacious full bathroom really rounded out the glamping experience, emphasis on glam. Lady Dawns, just down the road, served up the best fish fry I’ve had maybe ever. We can’t wait to go back!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Kriss's farm very much. Her husband gave us a tour of their farm and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The whole family was so welcoming including the dogs and cats!! Love the vintage décor in the trailer. The space heater kept us warm and there were plenty of blankets. There is a private fire pit, hammock and picnic table. Kriss baked banana bread in the morning that was to die for along with yogurt, fruit, cheese and coffee. Bathroom was vey clean. Would definitely stay here again!
I think we’ll be buying a camper…..
We had a great stay! My husband and I, our 3.5 year old and our 6 month old stayed at site 3. It was quiet and secluded from the other 2 sites. I loved the style and staying on the farm! There was plenty for little children to do. Breakfast was available each morning with fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, baked goods, and milk and coffee. One thing to note is that there isn’t running water or a cook top in the camper, we actually brought our own water jugs and Coleman stove to cook on. There are a few nearby restaurants but not much. One thing that I loved was that the camper had electric heat. It got down to freezing during our two night stay and we were comfortable with the heater in the camper. There was ample outdoor seating and firewood and s’mores were provided. We’re usually avid tent campers but wanted to give a camper a try to extend our camping season with a baby. It was worth it!
Cozy wisconsin stay
This was exactly what we were looking for. Super cute and cozy. Kris and Shannon were great hosts. We went to New Glarus for the afternoon and came back and had a wonderful camp fire. The campers had just enough space for us to unwind and the bed and blankets were comfy. Breakfast in the morning hit the spot and it was so nice meeting all of the farm animals.
My wife and I just got back from a cozy and relaxing long weekend. The camper was perfect for the two of us, and Kriss and Shannon were great hosts. We spent a lot of time hiking in the nearby state parks as well as checking out some of the cute nearby towns. We would definitely stay again!
What a lovely anniversary weekend! The breakfast and s’mores were delicious and the hosts were lovely. Neighboring towns were adorable and the camper was just perfect. Will be back again! Thank you!!!
Lovely toddler glamping
My partner, kid and I had such a great time on the farm and immediately regretted only staying one night when we returned home. We will definitely be back, possibly this month! Kriss was out working but her partner Shannon was more than helpful. Thanks for having us!
We loved our stay, and will be back. The camper was so comfortable, loved all the thoughtful details, and the hospitality was incredible. Went with my 5 year-old daughter and she loved it.
