Absolutely amazing space. The area was so quiet that it felt like we were deep in the woods. The site was close enough to the stream to fall asleep to the sound of the water.
It was clean, easy to get to and the host was very polite and helpful. The best Hipcamp site I have visited so far ! Will definitely be back

We loved camping here! Although there were houses close by we couldn’t see or hear a thing… it felt completely private, peaceful, and secluded. Andrew is over and above when it comes to kindness and offering help; we thoroughly enjoyed our conversations with this host. The site had just enough of what we needed there to feel extra comfy but not at all cluttered. I can’t say enough good things about this place and it’s wonderful host; will definitely be back again and again!

We had a great time here and it was stocked with everything you need for tent camping! Andrew was so helpful moving our gear down to the campsite. There’s even a stocked porta-potty! Definitely recommend :)

We had an amazing time camping out next to the creek! We loved the fire pit, grill, and of course the space to explore and adventure with our kids in the creek. Very peaceful and relaxing. Andy was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely recommend and visit again.

This camp site was absolutely gorgeous and ultra private! Andrew has clearly put a lot of thought and work into making it a great place! The new grill was a nice surprise, and all the firewood made for lovely campfires! The porta-potty was the cleanest and least smelly I've ever used.

I was initially a tad put off by Andrew's insistence that we tell him exactly when we'd arrive so he could meet us, but I quicky realized why! There is an incredibly steep hill between the parking spot and the campsite. Not a problem for backpackers, (especially with the provided wagon) but for glampers with plentiful gear, Andrew's tractor + trailer "gear delivery service" was a critical benefit and greatly appreciated!

The hike between the parking spot and camp site is only about 2 minutes each way, walking at a moderate pace, but the hill is intense. The porta-potty was located next to the parking spots (though it sounds like that *might* be moving closer to the camp site soon?). Water is about another minute beyond that (flat ground between the parking spot and water pump). Because of the hill, this is NOT a suitable location for anyone with limited or impaired mobility!

Flying insects (mosquitoes, etc.) were plentiful but not overwhelming. Slugs come out in droves at night, so watch your step! I'd recommend bringing bug repellent and a tablecloth (paint flakes off the two provided tables).

Overall, it's a charming place to camp, and will likely get even better with time!

We had a very relaxing afternoon/ evening at this spot. We needed a spot for the night and it was perfect on our way back to Bellingham. Andrew is very nice and helpful. It was very peaceful and quiet sitting by the creek and hanging out😃

Andrew was the perfect host! His property is the perfect weekend getaway. Spent my birthday weekend with a few friends there and I couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. The picture don’t do it justice!
