We were able to bring our small tent/trailer onto the property and very much enjoyed the wooded area and the sounds of wildlife during the night.
The host was engaging and we were very happy to meet Salt and Pepper, the resident chickens, as well as Tux, the puppy. Tux and our dog enjoyed romping around together.
Many thanks to Carol and Earl, The property is beautiful, and quiet with a nice trail that circles the perimeter of the property. The host were very friendly and helpful and enjoyed conversating with them before we left. I will be returning for another visit and would highly recommend to other hipcampers.
Wonderful camping experience.
Feels completely isolated, even though it is not far from a neighborhood. No noise or lights from traffic or houses. Several trails through the forest for short hikes.
Beautiful campsite and experience
Carol is the most welcoming host. She was very accommodating and friendly to my boyfriend and I during our stay. Her acres of forest are beautiful, and there is much to explore and get lost in. We saw many birds during our stay, too. Would highly recommend the experience.
We spent one night at campsite #2. Carol was a great host and helped us take our things to the site in her golf cart. As fairly novice campers, we had a lot of questions and we appreciated her patience and helpfulness! We would certainly recommend her campsites for a peaceful weekend getaway!
We had a great time at Carol's! The site is private, clean, and well maintained - the added bonus of the golf cart to shuttle our equipment from the driveway was fantastic. We got rained on the entire time we were there, but still had an amazing time! Can't recommend Carol's place enough.
Amazing and perfect for young kids
Carol was amazing and made the experience better than I imagined. It was the first time I took my kids (7 and 6) camping and they are still talking about how much fun they had. There are trails, wildlife and it was secluded enough to feel like we were deep in the woods, but within walking distance to Carols home if we needed anything.
