I love tent camping at Helen's land. Helen is a very enthusiastic host and borrowed us the table! We were so lucky to see the milky way around 8 pm that night, which made me so exciting and felt romantic! Great camping ground for all (families, friends, couples).
BTW, there is a very clean flush toliet in Helen's own house and she is such a kind person who allows people to use it !
Loved our stay with Helen beautiful property well maintained
Plenty to do in the area would recommend staying if you are self sufficient

Beautiful quiet spot just out of town (4km). Greeted by Helen who was so welcoming and made sure we had a great spot based on our needs. There is plenty of space & fire pots just byo wood. Helen was super friendly, accommodating, helped us when our wood was wet and even gave the kids a ride on the quad bike. Awesome spot for our 5 days of quiet and explore the region, including Walhalla, Thompsons Dam, Lyrebird Track, Narracan Falls and so much more. We are very grateful that Helen has opened up her property to share with everyone. Thank you very much Helen, we hope to see you again soon.

Beautiful, flat, dog friendly stay!
What a great spot, quiet (except for one group who Helen had some words with), and simply beautiful! Day trips around the area to Leongatha and Walkerville, or even Wilson's prom are easy to do. Helen is an amazing host, she checked in regularly (but not obrtrusively) to make sure we were comfortable, and took some of the kids for rides on the quad bike getting them out of our hair for a bit too!!
Couldn't recommend this enough, but if you are staying, the stay is very close to the main residence, so some respect is required (unfortunately some groups took advantage of Helen's hospitality while we were there)
All in all, 10/10! We will be back! Thanks for having us Helen!
We camped in a tent. Flat grassy areas, shaded by trees of all colours. Lots of space for children to run around. Rainwater available. Small toilet, but bring your own during busy holidays. Close to a town with shopping for supplies. Peaceful and relaxing.
