Stonor is named after the very small town we lived when all thee of our children were born. It is nestled along side our seasonal creek. This grassy site gets exceptional morning sun, and the backdrop of large gums shade the site in the afternoons

Stonor is lovely spot that is quite and very relaxing, especially if you get it all to yourself. The fireplaces and free firewood are amazing and the addition of the toilets is great. Loved the short stop over and will be back if we’re coming back if we’re passing through.
We loved our stay at Ellimatta. The camp site was nice and private and a good distance from other sites. Also great to have a clean toilet provided. Lisa and Darren were really helpful with recommendations for things to do in the area.
This was our second time at Ellimatta and it was fantastic. Darren couldn’t be more helpful, the campsite is huge, the firewood is plentiful and the toilet is next level for a Bush camp. So much to see and do in the area, I have no doubt we will be back again. Thanks again Darren and Lisa for being such great hosts.
Stayed at Stonor campsite for 3 nights. Loved it! Lots of firewood provided. Well maintained toilets. Such peaceful location. Friendly owners introduced themselves and invited kids to feed the bulls and horses. Easy driving distance to popular towns. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!
We loved our stay at Ellimatta! Beautiful property, even though unfortunately the creek that runs through the property was dry (not unexpected). However, the King River is nearby with great swimming holes, and we loved all the activities in the area.
