There you'll find a peaceful and quiet camping area with a camper for storage, a picnic table, small sink with running water, outhouse, four camping sites, and a series of short meditation trails. You'll be welcome to wander all of the marked trails from the pines, through the hemlock groves, out in the wetlands, and back through the open meadow.
While you're here you're welcome to participate in farm activities and meet the animals. We are an organic raw dairy, and manage a small flock of laying hens, a couple of very friendly pigs, a pair of very mischievous goats, and a pair of horses. Don't be deterred by our farm dog, Frodo, he's very good at his job of telling us about new arrivals, and is super friendly once you get to know him.
Off farm you're a 10 minute trip to Allis State Park for beautiful hikes with great views. Baxter pond is just around the corner for kayaking and boating. We live in a super friendly community of back-to-the-land farmers, craftspeople, and artists, so if you're looking for something tasty, an experience, or some chill people just let us know! We're happy to connect you so that you can have the experience that is right for you.
We are committed to supporting the LGBTQIA and BIPOC communities. If you are a member of either of those communities we are proud to offer you a 10% discount on your stay, and would like to hear from you how we can best support your needs, safety, and comfort while you're here.
