Description

The Wasatch Front can get pretty dang crowded, but Boy Scout Campground tends to stay a bit more peaceful. It’s an easy 40 miles west of Salt Lake City, but you’ll feel far away from civilization in this remote desert canyon. Despite the desert climate, each of the sites in this small, cozy campground has enough shade to keep your group comfortable. Plus, it's got lots of space, so you won’t be rubbing elbows with your neighbs, that’s for sure. If you’re into hiking, there are even several options that let you take off right from the campground. But, if you’d rather hang out by camp and chill, you won’t be disappointed with that decision, either.
