I camped here with a friend in August. We both had our own campers and preferred to sleep in our own beds. The barn does not have a door or windows but rather holes in the stone walls. It makes a charming gathering place but we didn’t use it the two nights we were there. We needed level ground so we parked near the trees for morning shade. Camping here felt like expensive boondocking amongst all the old cow pies. Not sure why the field hasn’t been cleaned up. Of note, If you’re arriving from the east, take 13th rather than the gravel roads which were quite rutted.
