I cannot express my disappointment enough with the location, host or handling on my refund. When we arrived there was no one at the location. There was no electric cord to hook up to. There was an extremely dangerous smell of gas. I randomly called a phone number on a truck sitting in the yard. Upon explaining the situation and inquiring where the homeowner was, I was told she was out of town and that whoever answered the phone would contact her husband. When he called he said that he would not be able to come home for a couple of hours. We were unable to stay due to the smell of gas and no electric to hook up our rig. So we had to call around several places to find another place for the next two days, as we were supposed to be here today. We ended up driving an hour and a half away to find a place. Upon reporting all this to Hip Camp, we were given one day refund. This is unacceptable! We have been using Hip Camp for over a year and traveled to 16 different states. We have never experienced such terrible service or host.

The hosts are wonderful. We will be back When we are in the area again. This trip we got to see some cows in there calves and of course the donkey. The horses were off in the pasture.

Quite the spot!! Loved the horses, donkey and stable grounds so much that we booked the place coming back as well.

This place was amazing and the hosts were truly wonderful. I'd say they were the friendliest of all those we've met thus far. They really made our stay memorable.

This place was truly a steal. The price, amenities, and cleanliness was among the best we've seen. Our dogs give it a thumbs up too!

The beauty of this place is beyond description. There are multiple ways to get to the river. However, we found it most enjoyable under the beautiful large shade trees. The sunset and sunrise views are amazing. If you can get here, I would strongly recommend this location.

Kelly and Randy's place is cozy and beautiful. They were extremely friendly and hospitable. It was wonderful to sit by the orchards and watch the sun go down after a delicious dinner at the picnic table. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our dogs give it a thumbs up too.
