River Island Glamping Tents
in River Island, South CarolinaGlamping near the beach
Awesome camping spots just a few miles from North Myrtle. They have everything you need, glamping tents and camping spots. There is a bathroom and really nice outdoor showers, ice, huge communal fire pit, bbq’s and outdoor kitchen area, corn hole and other outdoor games. We stayed in a glamping tent and the bed was super comfy, they provided a power box to charge our electronics as well as a propane heater which really came in handy the last night when it got cold! There is even a little ice box outside each glamping tent and we were given a complimentary s’more kit. The hosts were very kind and helpful. We went to several different beaches in the area while visiting family. We didn’t have time to try the kayaking but it looked great! We would definitely stay here again.
Eagle's Nest Tipi
in Indigo Eagle Sanctuary, North CarolinaMountaintop paradise
Stunning views from Eagles Nest into GSMNP. We loved the campsite, as well as exploring the waterfall valley below. Great location minutes from Maggie Valley and the BRP. Already looking forward to our next visit.
Sunset Valley
in Mountain View Acres, North CarolinaPeaceful hollow
Peaceful campsite in a pretty field near the woods. The shower and restrooms conveniently up the hill above the campsite. The campsite has a great fire pit, firewood provided, and garbage bins. I was able to drive down to the campsite with 4-wheel drive, otherwise parking is at the top of the hill with a walk down to the campsite. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. Great location just off I26 with easy access to surrounding areas. Great value for the cost. I will definitely stay here again.
Firefly Ridge campground

in Firefly Ridge Rural Camping, North CarolinaPeaceful forest
Such a great location, 20 minutes from the River Arts District, a beautiful drive along the French Broad River. The hosts were helpful and accommodating. Great fire pit and the camping area is private in a wooded area, near enough to the house to walk to the restroom.

in Linville Adventure Pasture, North CarolinaNice campsites and great location near Lake James and Linville Gorge.
White Deer Camp and Lodge
in White Deer Camp, MissouriBeautiful rustic camping
Beautiful forested property in the woods not too far off I70 yet feels very remote. The road was as described and definitely requires AWD or 4x4. The tent campsite I used is near the house but private. Claire was friendly and a very nice host. There is a small stream nearby for exploring. Great place to relax, with communal fire pit and sitting area near the garden. I’d definitely stay here again.
"Just Enough"

in Green Acres Red Brick Farmhouse, MissouriAin’t she cute!
Very peaceful setting in the country in the cutest renovated camper. Annette put so many thoughtful touches into the decor it is fun, functional, and sparkling clean! The bed was very comfortable and the spacious bathroom and well supplied kitchenette ensured I had all the comforts of home. The coffee made my morning as did the quiet sounds of the beautiful farm property. BBQ from the Red Shanty Cafe in town was just what I needed after a long day of travel.
The Bus at Rancho de Barnes
in Rancho de Barnes, TennesseeYou had me at a bus by nashville
Staying on a farm is about as relaxing as it gets. Chickens clucking, frogs croaking, lightening bugs flashing. The bus is simple yet had everything I needed. The outdoor shower is life affirming. Just far enough off the beaten path. The hosts were helpful and responsive. Thanks for sharing your beautiful property!
