Whether you're seeking a secluded ranch experience with all basic amenities in a two story barn house or a more rustic, simple bunkhouse, to camping under the stars, we have a multiple options to choose from. One of our gifts to you is we replace TV's and wifi with flickering wood stoves, camp fires, coyotes calling in the distance, a blanket of brilliant stars on a black, night sky or a full moon. My daughter, Chancie, and I have a working, grass-fed beef cattle ranch w/ abundant wildlife, 30+ mile views from our mesa and a myriad of hiking trails through our ravine. In addition to our clean, nutrient dense beef, we offer free-range chicken eggs, raw goat milk and cheese at our on-site Country Store. Chancie also tends to our remuda of horses and provides horseback ranch tours at $50 per horse/hr. For inexperienced riders there's $15 'Stopping and Steering' lesson in the working pen prior to the tour.  To reserve horses contact her at 3073314327 and 24 hours for scheduling. We also offer ATV rentals to make the outdoor accessible to everyone! Our menagerie of cattle, horses, goats, chickens & stock dogs provide plenty of opportunities to pick a favorite of all the curious souls that call this place home.  Whether you bring a tent, RV or one of our cabins we have a myriad of options available. *Alert..You will be happy to find very clear directions with landmarks from -exit 157 off I40 for 5.5 miles South on FM 1547- under 'Directions' on Hipcamp. You may choose to make note of them prior to your arrival. ** Note: All our extras, being food items or experiences are CASH ONLY. There is an ATM in the town of Shamrock 11 miles away on Interstate 40 if you are unprepared, but would like to make purchases at the ranch. Thank you! Guests often fill their coolers after having our fresh beef on an open flame. Per LB: Hamburger $9, Steak Burger $10, Brisket $10.5, Roasts $10-$11, Steaks $9 - $29, free range eggs $5 doz, raw goat milk $4 qt, garlic/dill feta cheese $5, 10 or 15 batches.
