Pitch your own tent on some of the most beautiful 30 acres of land in McLennan County. There are 5 sites, each one beautiful and well maintained. The sites include a small alcove under a majestic oak, which is at the corner and has the best view of a Texas sunset, also a tree laden area close the stock tank. Another site has a raised platform, hammock, and a fire ring with seating. Finally there is a spot on the back side of the fishing pond that is protected from the North wind for fall and winter camping. Nearly any spot you are on has an amazingly delightful view. You can see the sun rise over the trees or the sun set behind a gently sloping hill. You will have access to all of the 30 acres. There are paths to walk, a stocked tank to fish in, (bass, catfish and blue gill), and oak and pecan trees to sit under and view the clouds as they drift overhead. The noises you hear will be cattle calling to their little ones, birds singing, and in the evenings, coyotes howling.
There are no power lines over the property so I invite you to bring a kite to fly! You may even see one or two of mine in the sky. The theme of Coyote Creek Farm is tranquility. It is camping without someone crowding into your space. It is freedom from the hectic pace of the city.
The farm is situated just minutes from Magnolia-Silos, the Dr. Pepper museum, Baylor University, the Texas Ranger museum, BSR Waterpark, the Waco Mammoth National Monument (US National Park Service), and plenty of magnificent restaurants.
There is a well maintained Compost Toilet on the property as well! Each individual campsite has a portable potty bucket provided.

Beautiful escape from the city
. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay and will be back. Regina was a wonderful host and our spot was private, well equiped with a picnic table and fire pit with a cooking grate.
You feel the care and consideration
We absolutely adore this hipcamp. Cows to our left, donkeys to our right, little duck in the pond, sunrise to sunset this place has rolling pasture views. Walk the grounds to appreciate the sounds of farmland. Thank you for being a gracious host - thoughtful and well managed beautiful property.
Wonderful stay, wonderful host!
Regena was a wonderful host and Coyote Creek Farm is a beautiful property! The site was very clean and the bathroom was the nicest we have had at a hipcamp location. Regena provided lots of extras as well - toilet paper and water to put out the fire. We have kids ages 4, 3, and 2 and they had fun seeing the cows in the pasture next door, wandering the property to look for dinosaurs, visiting the ducks on the pond, and making music on the xylophone. Highly, highly recommend staying here and we are looking forward to visiting again someday!
Ccf great place to camp
It was great to stayed at Coyote Creek Farm, Regena was very available to our questions and she was very fast to respond. I felt so confortable staying there. The only thing i regret was not having alot of time to explore more, but i will be back for sure.
Beautiful land and a great host
Our stay at Coyote Creek Farm exceeded our expectations, the land was beautiful with abundant wildflowers, no light to obstruct the night sky, and well laid out campsites with a fire pit, table/chairs, and a bathroom with privacy. We paid for firewood and the country breakfast, both of which were very reasonably priced and worth the added cost. More firewood than we needed was provided and the hearty breakfast was served on a beautiful covered dining room overlooking the property. Regena was extremely friendly and attentive in our dealings with her. I highly recommend a stay here, we definitely plan on going back for a longer stay.
