3 cleared spaces with no prebuilt areas

10 wooded spaces with no prebuilt areas

Additional options (these are shared spaces). Bathhouse available for an extra charge of $5 per person, per night. (Shower, composting toilet, sink)

Electric charging station-$5 per day for all small electronics.

Well water fill up station-$5 per day for up to 10 gallons of water.

Additional info: Pets are welcome as long as they remain on leash. There are other animals who live on property and the cats and chickens roam free.

The location is outside of the nearest town by about 20 minutes. A dollar general and gas station are about a 10 minute drive.

The land is a welcoming place and can offer an amazing experience for retreats, fishing, lounging, music, etc.

This is a bring in, take out experience...trash, towels, sanitary waste, etc. There is an additional $10 charge for litter- this includes cigarettes.

I live onsite and am available for questions most anytime.
