Bring your RV, pitch a tent and enjoy the peace and quiet the area has to offer. Public Boat launches are nearby for use, The City of Dover offers a Historical Civil War History/sites, restaurants/Bars on the lake for food and weekend entertainment. Please reach out to me for any additional questions28 acres all to yourself with approximately 14 acres of grassland and 14 wooded acres to enjoy hiking or seeing the wildlife. On the hot summer days in TN you can enjoy dipping your toes in one of the two creeks that are on/border the property, spend the day wading in the cool spring fed water or swimming in one of the swimming holes that can be found. At night you will be able to view the stars and the twinkle of the fireflies across the field. The property has an RV pad with hookup for Electric Only., Bonfire pit, picnic table. It is located close to Lake Barkley, KY Lake and "Land between the Lakes" for further outdoor enjoyment. Horses are allowed but you must bring your own containment system, water would be from the creek. This property is secluded and peaceful. If you are looking for a place to get away from the city and not in one of those crowded campsites this is the spot to be. Owner lives close by and can offer water fill up for RVs if needed, there are public dump stations in the Trace if needed but No sewage dumping allowed on site .
