THIS LISTING IS FOR AN RV/CAMPER PARKING SITE, PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION! This RV/Camper site is minutes away from Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island. So if you’re in town for a graduation, it’s just a hop, skip, and a jump away from watching your new Marine graduate! There are two 24hr gas stations within a 2 miles radius and a grocery store. We’re also 5 miles from Downtown Beaufort, 30 minutes from Hunting Island, and 50 minutes from Hilton Head. So there’s plenty to see and do while you’re here! Our space up for grabs is perfect for a self sustaining RV or camper. It has two electrical hookups (50A 125V and a 50A 125/250V) and water hookups with multiple spigots and a hose. We can provide an extension cord upon request. The parking area is capable of accommodating up to a 36ft RV or anything smaller, such as a pull behind camper, smaller RV, Sprinter Van, or anything similar. We are now pleased to offer a 50A to 30A converter, if you should require that! There are two additional parking spaces for you to use. The one right outside of the RV or Camper space may be able to fit 1 or 2 cars/trucks/SUVs depending on size and the other will accommodate 1 additional car/truck/SUV. There is a private patio adjacent to the RV or camper parking area where you can stretch out while you’re here. The patio has a small pond in one corner, so please be mindful if you have small children or pets. We have a charcoal grill available for use upon request. The patio area is a nice serene area shaded by Live Oak trees draped in Spanish Moss and lots of other mature landscaping. We will be adding a table, chairs, and an umbrella in the spring.. but for now, feel free to set up your own! My art studio is right off of the private patio, but you will not see me while you’re here unless you need me. This space is right off the side of our house and we do have neighbors. So just be courteous of us and them during the week days. We have two dogs that live in the main house with us. They are very friendly. That being said, we would love to accommodate your furry friends! We will provide a patio water bowl, lead, and poop baggies. All we ask is that you keep your dog leashed or on the lead while outside of your camper or RV and to please pick up after them. Once again, this listing is for a “you bring it, you park it” camper or RV campsite. We DO NOT have a camper or RV on site, you must bring your own, up to 36ft. We do not have dumping capabilities on site, but the Point South KOA in Yemmassee offers dumping services for a small fee. We also offer a Designated Driver service for anywhere within a 25 minute drive away, so you can have fun and enjoy yourself with peace of mind. This is at no additional cost, we just want to make sure you make it through your trip in one piece. Just set it up with us beforehand (: There are two kayaks on the property that you may take out at your own risk, upon request. If you forget anything basic there will be a container on your patio full of travel size amenities such as shampoo/conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, body wash, hair spray, etc.. Anything to make your experience more pleasurable! As always, radiate positivity!

Host communication was wonderful and informative after making our reservation. Rebekah and her husband greeted us on arrival and offered their assistance in parking our fifth wheel, though we didn't need it. Excellent location, quiet neighborhood, views of the saltwater marsh between the houses across the street. Good place to walk dog, ride bikes, both of which we did. Tiny little pond near patio with waterfall fountain and a koi fish. Very relaxing listening to it. Thoughtful tote containing necessities and guidebook on the patio if needed.

Our camping experience was exactly as was advertised… It was a cute little fenced in patio area nicely landscaped which ensured privacy, next to which we parked our RV. It was quiet and private even though you’re in the middle of a suburban neighborhood. Rebecca and her husband Matt were both very helpful although our needs were minor such as help with internet. They responded immediately and problem solved. We would definitely go back!

This is a nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood. I felt very safe and comfortable staying here. Rebekah is an excellent host, kind, helpful and informative!!!

She gave me insight to a lovely dog park in the neighborhood and we discussed places to visit. I appreciate the guidance and assistance she offered.

The patio area is nice and a private place to relax, the neighbors are far enough away to make for a comfortable space. I like to drop my camper and roam around in my Jeep then return at night for shelter, this is a great jumping off point. It worked out perfect for me and my doggy!

I recommend this location and will definitely return again!
