David was welcoming and communicative. The site is convenient to rivers, park, and trails nearby. We got rain on our second day, but on the first afternoon we were able to get in a walk along the Chattooga River and have a campfire and cook at the site. The site is on a wooded lot with streams. There were some large brush piles around the site on our visit, but as David continues to get things cleared and set up, this will be a very pleasant site. We appreciated the fire rings, grill, picnic table, and bench. Long Creek is nearby for supplies.

Wonderful to meet Greg and Stephanie , they were my first campers and , received a welcome serenade from the local coyotes , i hope they return and have more time to visit enjoy some less stormy conditions. I have been for the last year cleaning up this property , the large burn piles were not feasible to remove or burn as of their stay but this work in progress will hopefully be diminished by their return.
