We live on ~2.25 acres that is safe, secluded, quiet, peaceful and convenient to shopping, restaurants and more. There's a creek along one side.  We're near the end of the dead end street with very little traffic. We see deer most days, see & hear Red Shouldered and Broad Winged Hawk, and hear Barred owls regularly.

Suggested Local Attractions - I've added an information box (mailbox) that has local flyers, brochures, things to do magazines, state maps and such. You can keep anything that there is more than one of. If you go somewhere please grab a flyer and leave it in the box for future guests. There's also a composition/guest book to sign and/or give local reviews/recommendations of places you've been. Within a few miles there are 4 grocery stores, Aldi, Lidl, Walmart, Target, World Market, Local restaurants, Fast food, Lowe's, Home Depot, TSC (best place I've found to refill Propane), Hobby Lobby and tons of other places to go. Multiple gas stations with diesel. I'm a bit new to the area so I'm not fully up to speed on places to visit. Here are some of them Lake Murray is 3.5 miles away has a walking path over the damn, public boat launch ~6 miles away, Saluda Shoals Park, Riverbanks Botanical Garden, Riverbanks Zoo & Garden, Columbia Canal and Riverfront Park, South Carolina State Museum, The Congaree National Park Harry Hampton Visitor Center, worlds largest fire hydrant...

***Paved 2 lane road narrows to about a one and a half lane gravel road with deep ditches on both sides. Our driveway may be difficult to exit due to the tight 90 degree turn on to the street, this is what limits the size of rigs that we can host. The largest trailer I've gotten in and out of my driveway so far was my 35' bumper pull Toy Hauler (pictured). We've had a 32' 5er, 40' Class A towing a Chevy spark on a tow dolly make it. I recently extended the culvert 4' to help make it easier. If you're pulling a tow dolly or other trailer to save from having to move it by hand I can use my truck (with 2", 2 5/16" tow balls) or my tractor with 2" tow ball (without the vehicle on it) to move them. I also have plenty of room to park additional vehicles and trailers.***

Pets - Please clean up after your pet. - Cats that stay inside are ok. For dogs we don't want to take any chances with your dog/s and we will do a controlled meet and greet with our dogs. Our 1st is ~14 year old rescue that likes to mother hen other dogs at first. She relaxes after some monitoring as long as energy levels are kept low. Our 2nd dog is a Border Collie, at first PLEASE DO NOT throw whatever he brings you. This helps keep energy levels low for our 1st dog. He'll chase it all day and doesn't know when to stop. He becomes a nuisance by putting it in the way and/or being under foot. I clean my yard daily but sometimes doggie landmines get missed. If you have a problem with coming across one please do not reserve a site with me. I have a mailbox with flags for guests to mark them and any other hazards that I need to address. Thank you for understanding.

Misc. Info - There are a half dozen places to dump tanks near by. The two that I've seen but never dumped at are Love's truck stop 11 miles away at 340 Longs Pond Rd, Lexington, SC 29073; Barnyard campground ~5 miles away at 201 Oak Dr., Lexington, SC 29073. I think they're both $10. We have room in our trash can for a kitchen sized trash bag if needed. We also have a large recycling bin you can use, there's a big sticker on the lid that shows what can go in it. It's ok if you spend nights away while you rig stays here, it's also ok to have guests come visit you here. Feel free to have packages delivered while you're here or ahead of time so they'll be here when you get here.

Would love help and/or suggestions on how to make our sites and listings better. Currently planning an outside guest shower with hot water and would love suggestions.
