What wildlife can be observed near Elliot Lake?

Hike some of the protected wilderness areas near Elliot Lake to observe dozens of bird species, painted turtles, snowshoe hares, beavers, moose, and maybe even timber wolves if you're lucky. The area also offers a huge range of flora, including wild orchids.
