Major draws to the city are that it is home to Canada’s Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the massive T-Rex at the Royal Saskatoon Museum, and the Saskatchewan Roughriders football team. Plenty of campsites can be found in and around the city, and campers can go hiking and kayaking right in the city center at Wascana Park (one of North America's biggest urban parks). Visiting Regina also places you within a couple of hours' drive of some truly amazing camping spots.
