Hervey Bay Glamping Bush Escape

Perfect glamming tent, well decorated and spacious!! Was greated by a beautiful horse in the morning, great stay, would recommend.

Our bell tent experience was awesome! The tent is very tastefully decorated and set out, and our hosts had left thoughtful little touches like gourmet-type marshmallows for the fire, as well as umbrellas and night lights if needed.
We were a family of four, one being a rather tall teenager, but the tent was easily spacious enough for all of us.
Our 2 children aged 7 and 14 had a blow up mattresses each to sleep on, and loved playing monopoly while sitting on huge floor cushions and sitting under the stars beside the fire.
The fairy lights were magical at night and the solar lights very helpful to ensure we didn’t trip over the guy ropes in the dark.
There is a little walk to the toilet and shower, and it was a bit wet after all the rains, but very adequate.
No electricity but devices can be charged at the bathroom, otherwise car chargers are fine.
We were woken by excited birdsong and greeted by a kangaroo while eating our breakfast. A friendly kookaburra also made an appearance and we were excited to hear an unusual owl calling in the dark too.
This is a fantastic experience. Just take your gas cooker, a folding table, kitchen items and a container of water for washing convenience.
The hosts are lovely and the tent is far enough away from dwellings to feel private.
We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the children have requested we go back again soon.

The glamping tent exceeded my expectations! It was thoughtfully decorated to include everything you needed and even though it was pouring down rain, you felt secure and cozy. The location is not far from town but set up at the back of the property so it felt extremely private. The amenities were just a short walk up the driveway.

This was the perfect place to stay if you need to relax and recharge and I'd definitely stay again!
