We offer sites for self-contained caravans and campers. We only allow a minimum number of campers on the property at any one time to ensure you have a peaceful and private stay.
This site is tucked away on a creek bank lined with bottlebrush trees and is only accessible by 4x4/SUV and suitable for off-road set-ups. You will have the entire area to yourself and accomodate two set up.
Please note that we do not have amenities or drinking water and that you need to be self-sufficient and bring everything you need with you.We love our land and want to be able to share it with you for years to come so please take all rubbish with you when you leave. Dog friendly.Campfires permitted in a designated area when restrictions aren't in place. Gather own fallen timber. Check with the host regarding conditions and never light a campfire without permission.

Peaceful and relaxing as always, can’t stop coming back!
Amazing as always, our favourite “go to” bush retreat!
Holly and Alex are amazing hosts. The camping area is extremely well thought out with that awesome feeling of seclusion and privacy. This was our second stay at Horseshoe Bend and I feel we will start becoming regulars.
Wow! What a great site. I spent three nights here solo while Karyn had other plans and can't wait to get back with her and some friends. Such an awesome site. You feel like it is a remote bush camp and it is maintained so perfectly. Well grassed and well mowed. The creek bends right around the site and gives quiet sounds of trickling water.
The fire pit was very well maintained and I purchased two 'bags' from Holly and Alex which was generous and waiting for me at the site.
A lot of bird life around and the occasional wallaby jumping through in the mornings.
I never heard any noise from other campers and only saw one group doing an arvo walk about 200m away at the camp turnoff. The way the camp is set there is no likelihood that anyone will walk through your setup.
Can't wait to get back and try some other sites as well.

The best place for some nature R&R! Our favorite getaway destination to relax and unwind and escape everything.

We spent two peaceful nights at Horseshoe Bend. The property is well maintained and very picturesque- with rolling hills, a running creek and beautiful tall trees. If you are in to star gazing - this place is perfect!
Holly provided great instructions to find our camp site and the paths are all very well signed.
Our camp site was clear and flat, had a load of fire wood supplied and we felt very secluded. If you are looking for a spot to kick back and get away from it all - this is it!

We had a fabulous time at horseshoe bend. Holly was amazing to communicate with and so patient. Directions were super clear and easy to follow. We bought a loaf of firewood which was there ready to go and was a saviour in the cold. The area was perfect, just the right size for our camper trailer and enough room for the kids to kick a ball around and play. Thanks for having us, we hope to be back soon!!
This was our 4th visit, and we can’t get enough of this place; the peace and quiet is amazing. Alex and Holly are so welcoming and their wood bundles are so generous you will struggle to get through them. We will definitely be back soon!
