We had a wonderful stay here! Anne and Phil met us at rd and guided us to our site which was awesome! Large with bush toilet. River was still in flood and quite high so no luck with fishing or kayaking but beautiful n peaceful. Had a fire with their firewood with amazing little fire pits. Very well done camping area Phil and Anne thanks for letting us stay only wish it could’ve been longer!

This is the third time we have been back to Bushland Hideaway, the designated areas are well spaced and maintained along the river frontage. Big old gums provide shade and ambiance throughout the setting, yes, you can set up in the open if preferred. Amenities are very well maintained. Phil and Anne are terrific hosts and local to the area.
Mark and Lynette.
What a great property and wonderful hosts.
Lots of grass for the kids to run around on and river to cool off in. The amenities were a nomad. We had a ball and look forward to returning soon.
One of the best camp spots I have found so far.
The hosts phil and anne are always welcoming and friendly.
The camp spots are always clean and tidy, The river is amazing to fish, kayak and swim in.
Always keen to return.
Thankyou.
Phil and Anne are wonderful hosts who keep their property and camp areas incredibly well maintained. I loved how quiet and respectful everyone was of their surroundings. The beautiful old trees provide some lovely shade with big mowed grassy areas for the kids to play. A lovely spot if you are looking for a nice quiet break from day to day life.

Lovely, peaceful place to camp this was our second time camping here we love it.
Thanks again Anne and Phil
Great experience! Large private property along the river, flat ground, lots of well-maintained grass, huge campsites, restricted capacity (there were two other groups in our area, but they were far away), cute farm outhouse toilets etc! The best part was the river…. You could explore up the river for a few kilometres. The riverside was stunning. Only downfall was that the water flowed too quickly for fishing. Would 100% go back!
